Align on a mediation date/location, complete required forms and make payment.

Submit completed mediation questionnaires, and briefs, if required.

To schedule a mediation consultation contact us the by emailing us at info@gettoyes.com or by leaving a message at the new telephone number (+1 (773) 620-3369.) and well respond promptly.

Please be prepared to provide the following information when scheduling a mediation. Please email your responses to Getoyes.com referencing your matter name which will be assigned to you after you schedule the mediation:

Case name
Names of all parties and counsel of record, if applicable
Support staff that should be included in the administrative process.
Case Type e.g., commercial litigation, class action, breach of contract, wage-and-hour, Title VII, business, dispute, etc.
Proposed mediation dates and preferred/suggested/ virtual/ physical location for mediation.
Executed copy of the Agreement to Mediate and fees available for download by clicking the following link (link to pdf.). Please execute the Agreement to Mediate and return it via email to Getoyes.com referencing your matter name (Id assigned by GTY Mediation).

Following confirmation of the mediation date, confirmations will be sent to participating parties together with an invoice to the paying parties according to parties’ fee split agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Mediation fees are due 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled mediation. The mediation fee is fully refundable if the mediation is canceled at least 21 days before the scheduled mediation date. If the mediation is canceled or rescheduled within 21 days of the scheduled mediation date, the mediation fee is nonrefundable unless the vacated date is rebooked with another matter.
