To schedule a mediation consultation contact us the by emailing us at info@getoyes.com or by leaving a message at (773) 620-3369 and we will respond promptly.

Be prepared to provide the following information when scheduling a mediation and email your responses to Getoyes.com. You should reference the matter name assigned to you by GTY Mediation (provided following the mediation consultation):

  • Case name
  • Names of all parties and counsel of record, if applicable
  • Support staff that should be included in the administrative process.
  • Case Type e.g., commercial litigation, class action, breach of contract, wage-and-hour, Title VII, business, dispute, etc.
  • Proposed mediation dates and preferred/suggested/ virtual/ physical location for mediation.
  • Executed copy of the Agreement to Mediate and fees. Return the agreement via email to Getoyes.com referencing your matter name.

Mediation confirmations will be sent to participating parties together with an invoice containing instructions on how to make payments. The invoice will reflect amounts owed based upon the parties agreed fee arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Mediation fees are due 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled mediation. The mediation fee is fully refundable if the mediation is canceled at least 21 days before the scheduled mediation date. If the mediation is canceled or rescheduled within 21 days of the scheduled mediation date, the mediation fee is nonrefundable unless the vacated date is rebooked with another matter.
